1. Custom Orders

1.1 Order Process: To initiate a custom art order, you must provide specific details about your request, including dimensions, colors, themes, and any other relevant information.

1.2 Approval: A preliminary design or concept may be provided for your approval before finalization. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing: All prices for custom art are quoted in USD and may vary based on complexity, materials, and size. A detailed quote will be provided before the order is finalized.

2.2 Payment: A deposit of 75% is required to begin the custom artwork process. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and prior to delivery.

3. Delivery and Shipping

3.1 Delivery Time: The estimated completion time for custom art will be communicated at the time of order. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

3.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 14 days of placing the order for a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

4.2 Refunds: Due to the custom nature of the artwork, we do not offer refunds once the artwork is approved and completed.

5. Copyright and Usage

5.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, the customer will own the physical artwork. However, Humble Home & Hues retains the copyright to the artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Reproduction: Any reproduction of the custom artwork for commercial use must be approved by Humble Home & Hues in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Humble Home & Hues is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the custom artwork. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the artwork.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

8. Changes to Terms

Humble Home & Hues reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Humble Home & Hues, we take pride in creating unique custom art tailored to your specifications. Please carefully review our No-Return and No-Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. No-Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom art once the order has been confirmed and the deposit has been received.

2. No-Refund Policy

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to initiate your custom art order. This deposit secures your order and covers the initial costs of materials and design.
Refunds: After 14 days from the date of order confirmation and deposit receipt, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final product. We encourage open communication throughout the creation process to ensure your vision is captured.

3. Changes to Orders

Once the order is confirmed, any changes or modifications requested may incur additional fees. Changes should be communicated as soon as possible.

4. Damage and Disputes

In the event that the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to discuss potential resolutions. Any disputes must be resolved within the framework of our existing policies.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order for custom art with Humble Home & Hues, you acknowledge and accept this No-Return and No-Refund Policy.
